As a hood, with the small cape covering the shoulders and the hood portion on or off the head, this piece is suitable for many classes of people! The liripipe may be omitted or shortened, or lengthened until it is long enough to wrap around the neck and shoulders like a scarf.
As a hat, it can be rolled up into a jaunty fashion statement, with the cape portion hanging off one side and the liripipe either wrapped around the head or hung to frame the face.
